•Act as focal point for China-related procurement and subcontracting activities and oversee supplier relationships
•Support global project teams with purchase orders, supplier management, and compliance
•Assist with issue resolution, claims management, and supplier performance discussions
•Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, HSES, Legal, and Project Management
•Help establish scalable supply chain processes for the growing China organization

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management
•12+ years of procurement experience including major equipment acquisition, construction contracting, logistics, subcontract administration, and claims resolution in Oil & Gas
•Fluent in Microsoft Office
•Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational and time management skills
•Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
