Own quota-carrying OTC sales for Ripple’s expanding European institutional FX and digital asset business. Serve as the primary interface to Ripple’s internal OTC desk, translating client needs into executable trades, coordinating execution across teams, and providing market feedback to shape product and pricing.

Key Responsibilities

•Originate and develop relationships with institutional clients across Europe, including UK and continental European banks, asset managers, FX prime brokers, and digital asset funds.
•Drive the full OTC sales cycle from outreach through term sheet negotiation and close, meeting quarterly booking targets.
•Build account plans to prioritize high-value counterparts and convert top-of-funnel interest into active trading relationships.
•Serve as the primary interface between clients and Ripple’s internal OTC desk, translating needs into executable trades and ensuring institutional-standard pricing, flow, and post-trade communication.
•Coordinate across trading, risk, compliance, and onboarding to ensure clean execution and a seamless client experience; maintain pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in institutional sales or a trading-adjacent role with meaningful time at an FX broker, FX/EM desk at a tier-1 or tier-2 bank, or a crypto liquidity provider or exchange.
•Experience working alongside or interfacing with an institutional trading desk and closing the loop between client requests and executable pricing.
•A network of active relationships across institutional FX desks, digital asset treasury teams, and crypto-native funds in Europe (UK and continental Europe banks, asset managers, FX prime brokers, digital asset funds).
•Track record of owning a revenue number and delivering against it in a relationship-driven market.
•Strong proficiency with Salesforce and other relevant industry tools.
