Coordinate inventory control at the assigned depot by acting as the warehouse focal point. Oversee goods in/stock integrity, accurate picking of orders, cycle counting, reconciliation, and proper storage with correct coding and labeling. Manage documentation for issuing, receiving, and returns, including waste disposal records. Ensure shift plans and SHEQ standards for health, safety, food safety, housekeeping, and store operations, while supporting timely loading/unloading of sales vans.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate inventory control as the warehouse focal point and apply the shift plan to meet daily depot requirements.
•Ensure goods in are received per SOPs and orders are picked accurately and on time.
•Maintain stock integrity through correct storage, documentation, inventory accuracy, and cycle counting and reconciliation.
•Process issuing, receiving, and returns documents according to company policies and procedures.
•Oversee loading and unloading of Sales Vans, handle waste/leakage disposal records, and maintain SHEQ, health & safety, housekeeping, and food safety standards.

Key Requirements

•Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
•2 years of experience in a similar role in FMCG companies.
•Working knowledge of warehouse procedures.
•Well versed with MS Word and Excel.
•Experience with a Warehouse Management System and/or RF systems.
