Job Summary

Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, including Exchange Hybrid (on-premises + Exchange Online) deployments and workload migrations such as Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams. Own assessment, discovery, migration planning, mail flow/coexistence, identity mapping and access control, and manage cutover strategies. Execute migrations with Quest and BitTitan tools, perform post-migration validation, troubleshooting, and hypercare, while ensuring security, compliance, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and execute Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations across multiple workloads.
•Plan and implement Exchange Hybrid environments and manage mail flow, coexistence, and cutover strategies.
•Perform assessment, discovery, and migration planning activities for all migrated workloads.
•Design and implement identity solutions (Azure AD/Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, SSO) and handle identity mapping, permissions, and access controls.
