•Develop and maintain operating-model processes, cadences, and frameworks to keep AI teams aligned, efficient, and conflict-free.
•Write and lead investment cases that frame opportunities, clarify value, and unlock resources.
•Orchestrate customer, market, and technical research so insights are shared across teams and translated into action.
•Partner with legal and governance to anticipate, clear, and manage risk so teams can innovate safely.
•Build and coordinate the patent portfolio and broader IP position to ensure defensibility and long-term leverage for AI products.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 138,200 - 221,100 annually

Key Requirements

•15+ years of product management (or related) experience, with a strong background leading digital strategy and delivering successful products.
•Proven ability to build experiences using Generative AI, with a deep understanding of modern product discovery and delivery practices.
•Experience establishing product-market fit for new products.
•Validated skill leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior collaborators.
•Strong analytical/critical thinking and outstanding communication/storytelling to motivate teams and express vision.
