  • •Develop and maintain operating-model processes, cadences, and frameworks to keep AI teams aligned, efficient, and conflict-free.
  • •Write and lead investment cases that frame opportunities, clarify value, and unlock resources.
  • •Orchestrate customer, market, and technical research so insights are shared across teams and translated into action.
  • •Partner with legal and governance to anticipate, clear, and manage risk so teams can innovate safely.
  • •Build and coordinate the patent portfolio and broader IP position to ensure defensibility and long-term leverage for AI products.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 138,200 - 221,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of product management (or related) experience, with a strong background leading digital strategy and delivering successful products.
  • •Proven ability to build experiences using Generative AI, with a deep understanding of modern product discovery and delivery practices.
  • •Experience establishing product-market fit for new products.
  • •Validated skill leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior collaborators.
  • •Strong analytical/critical thinking and outstanding communication/storytelling to motivate teams and express vision.
