Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inventory Planners to deliver best-in-class inventory planning performance across assigned RDCs and packaging types.
  • •Ensure consistent execution of inventory planning activities in line with inventory policies, targets, and planning guidance.
  • •Monitor inventory health metrics (service level, inventory turns, inventory aging, slow-moving or at-risk inventory) and coordinate corrective actions.
  • •Provide first-level escalation for inventory execution issues, coordinating cross-functionally to resolve service risks and inventory imbalances.
  • •Own ISTO execution within inventory planning, coordinate material flow with logistics and RDC partners, and lead inventory planning projects and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 8 years’ experience in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or a related field.
  • •Demonstrated leadership experience through direct people leadership or leading cross-functional projects.
  • •Ability to make timely decisions, prioritize effectively, and coordinate issue resolution with immediate business impact.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills for a fast-paced operational environment.
