Job Summary

Own outsource plating scheduling for the Aurora Hybrid ramp-up, ensuring smooth material flow between internal operations and contract manufacturing suppliers. Release production orders and coordinate schedules across site scheduling and suppliers to meet customer requirements for campaigns, essential orders, expedite requests, and replenishment priorities. Manage supplier capacity readiness, track delivery/quality status, resolve exceptions, and monitor quality inspection progress while driving continuous improvement and APS/AX scheduling tool effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute outsource plating scheduling activities to support Aurora Hybrid setup and ramp-up.
•Release production orders for contract manufacturing to issue POs on time, including plating and rework/replating requirements.
•Coordinate production schedules with site scheduling and suppliers to ensure seamless material flow and meet customer order needs.
•Provide outsource supplier capacity and demand overviews, align scheduling parameters across internal and supplier constraints, and monitor commitment and schedule effectiveness.
•Track delivery and quality status, escalate delays, create operational reports, resolve exceptions, and support backorder recovery and fill-kill process adherence.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
•3–5 years of experience in production scheduling, contract manufacturing, outsource planning, or supply chain operations (manufacturing or jewellery/precision production preferred).
•Hands-on experience with production planning/scheduling systems (e.g., AX, APS or equivalent ERP/scheduling tools).
•Strong understanding of outsource/contract manufacturing processes including PO release, capacity planning, and supplier delivery management.
•Ability to track KPIs (fill rate, on-time delivery, FROT), identify bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions; strong stakeholder management and problem-solving for exception handling.
