Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute outsource plating scheduling activities to support Aurora Hybrid setup and ramp-up.
  • •Release production orders for contract manufacturing to issue POs on time, including plating and rework/replating requirements.
  • •Coordinate production schedules with site scheduling and suppliers to ensure seamless material flow and meet customer order needs.
  • •Provide outsource supplier capacity and demand overviews, align scheduling parameters across internal and supplier constraints, and monitor commitment and schedule effectiveness.
  • •Track delivery and quality status, escalate delays, create operational reports, resolve exceptions, and support backorder recovery and fill-kill process adherence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in production scheduling, contract manufacturing, outsource planning, or supply chain operations (manufacturing or jewellery/precision production preferred).
  • •Hands-on experience with production planning/scheduling systems (e.g., AX, APS or equivalent ERP/scheduling tools).
  • •Strong understanding of outsource/contract manufacturing processes including PO release, capacity planning, and supplier delivery management.
  • •Ability to track KPIs (fill rate, on-time delivery, FROT), identify bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions; strong stakeholder management and problem-solving for exception handling.
