Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design for the ESG reporting application, building a competitive end-to-end reporting product and platform.
  • •Design and ship experiences that enable large organizations to scale their reporting via AI-powered features, reusable metrics, and flexible report customization.
  • •Drive deep discovery using customer feedback and product analytics to iterate and move meaningful product metrics.
  • •Build the vision and product strategy to bring the next chapter of Watershed's product to life.
  • •Partner closely with EPD teams to execute and GTM to understand and build for the market.

Key Requirements

  • •Have 5+ years experience designing software, preferably at B2B software companies or in technical/complex problem spaces.
  • •Have a knack for in-the-weeds systems thinking and a love for rapid, 0-1 product building.
  • •Have a track record shipping powerful and intuitive product experiences that customers love.
  • •Are proficient in design craft fundamentals — consistently demonstrating solid design process, strong interaction craft, and an eye for polish.
  • •Have shipped AI products, and are proficient using AI tools to aid discovery, synthesis, and design execution.
