Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure high availability, performance, and resilience of production systems using SRE practices.
  • •Implement automation to reduce manual operational tasks and improve MTTR.
  • •Manage deployments, rollbacks, and environment synchronization across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production.
  • •Configure observability (dashboards, alerts, log-based monitoring, anomaly detection) using New Relic and Splunk.
  • •Lead incident/problem/change management, including major incident bridges, root cause analysis, and long-term corrective and preventive actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Apply SRE best practices (error budgets, SLIs/SLOs, capacity planning, chaos testing) to ensure production reliability.
  • •Drive automation that reduces manual operational effort and improves MTTR.
  • •Conduct post-incident reviews (PIRs) and implement long-term corrective actions and preventive plans.
  • •Manage middleware and application platforms: deployments/rollbacks across environments and ongoing operations of WebLogic, Tomcat, Apache, and Nginx including tuning.
  • •Build reliability through monitoring and observability (dashboards, alerts, New Relic, Splunk) and support CDN/edge troubleshooting and configuration (Akamai).
