Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage key accounts for selected strategic Snacking and Savoury EUM partners across Germany.
  • •Leverage sales tools to understand customer needs and convey Kerry’s value proposition.
  • •Identify and present opportunities for profitable new developments through customer branding and positioning analysis.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams (including applications team) to ensure appropriate resourcing for projects.
  • •Develop and implement Key Account Plans and deliver above-market growth in line with country, region, and group aspirations.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in the savoury and/or snacks market, with taste background being ideal.
  • •Significant B2B food ingredients or FMCG experience in account management or sales.
  • •Experience working with global, multinational, and/or regional customers.
  • •Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with key customers.
  • •Fluent in English and German; willing to travel 60%+ and hold a full driving licence.
