Key Responsibilities

  • •Deeply understand the customer’s technical landscape, including interfaces, from technical and business perspectives.
  • •Collaborate with the customer for planning and operations, aligning upcoming changes with Release Management.
  • •Ensure high availability by supporting service restoration in critical situations and proactively working on landscape stability.
  • •Analyze and deep dive into issues, creating RCAs to drive continuous improvement.
  • •Align on planning activities and system build processes, define handover criteria, and ensure operational readiness for Operations before customer go-live.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Mathematics, or comparable field.
  • •Background in SAP technology and products, with excellent knowledge of SAP NetWeaver Administration and Operations and its cross-dependencies (e.g., integration).
  • •Knowledge of the end-to-end technology stack (application, database, server management) to analyze issues and system architectures.
  • •About 7-10 years of experience operating systems installations.
  • •Ability to collaborate with customers on planning and operations and align on technical changes.
