Job Summary

Own end-to-end FP&A cost management across cost data management, cost reporting, and cost analytics. Coordinate planning and forecast cost deep-dives, enhance controls and documentation, and eliminate manual processes. Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decision-making and deliver forward-looking cost MI and insights to maximize performance against financial targets. Partner with senior stakeholders to drive automation, robust controls, and strategic project execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage regional cost teams to support effective and efficient cost assessment approach and process.
•Coordinate, consolidate, review, and challenge business plans and forecasts, including detailed cost deep-dive analysis.
•Enhance controls and documentation, remove manual processes, and quality assure associated reporting outputs.
•Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis, deliver forward-looking cost MI/insights, and support monthly ad hoc and quarterly reporting needs.
•Support digitization/automation of MI and FP&A cost processes using modern tools and AI, and represent Finance in key forums for strategic projects.

Key Requirements

•Recognized professional accounting qualification (CA) or MBA from a Tier 1 institute, with 8-12 years of experience predominantly in Finance (not exceeding 12 years), including leadership experience.
•Strong end-to-end knowledge of financial planning & analysis, financial accounting, and financial reporting, plus business partnering experience in business/group-facing processes.
•Proven track record designing, implementing, and operating processes, including operations management, process governance, and stakeholder management.
•Experience implementing and validating the effectiveness of process controls to mitigate operational risk.
•Experience driving process improvements and technology-based solutions, including ensuring adequate controls across deliverables.
