Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and evolve global product compliance and safety strategy, including governance models, standards, and best practices across product lines and regions.
  • •Lead certification and regulatory programs across multiple product lines from early development through mass production and global launch.
  • •Integrate compliance milestones into product roadmaps and lead compliance reviews to ensure readiness for OK2Ship.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact with international regulatory authorities, notified bodies, and certification partners; maintain expertise on regulations and emerging compliance trends.
  • •Lead structured risk assessment and mitigation (including DFMEA), embed safety/compliance throughout the product lifecycle, and build and scale the compliance organization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 210,000 - 245,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •8+ years of experience in product compliance, safety engineering, or regulatory affairs, including leadership experience in a global product organization.
  • •Strong working knowledge of international compliance standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., UL, CE, FCC, IEC) and success managing certification programs across multiple products and geographies.
  • •Experience integrating compliance into environments with evolving processes and increasing scale.
  • •Familiarity with structured risk assessment and product safety methodologies, with strong communication and influencing skills for senior leadership.
