Key Responsibilities

  • •Work in the project management team for design management, under guidance of a Senior Design Manager.
  • •Take responsibility for sub-areas within design management during general planning across possible task areas.
  • •Coordinate and control interdisciplinary overall coordination across all disciplines and trades.
  • •Monitor construction costs, schedules, and contractually owed services.
  • •Lead project teams and oversee work quality, coordinating with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, including with international/remote teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in architecture or a comparable field.
  • •At least 10 years of professional experience after Master/Diploma, including at least 4 years in LPH 3–4 and an additional 4 years in LPH 5.
  • •Experience planning, coordinating, and implementing planning projects in the German market (and ideally internationally).
  • •First experience leading a planning team and in project management would be beneficial.
  • •Strong knowledge of German building regulations and environmental requirements, plus interest in digital building processes and planning methods.
