Operations Supervisor

Lead day-to-day operations in a multi-station fulfillment/production environment, supervising associates to meet safety, quality, and productivity standards. Manage inventory and replenishment, oversee order intake through on-time, quality completion and delivery, and ensure compliance with OSHA, HazMat, and DOT requirements. Help train and develop staff, set shift objectives and performance measures, resolve daily issues, and drive continuous improvement and lean process improvements.
