Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day delivery operations including action logs, meeting notes, decision logs, and weekly status updates.
  • •Maintain Jira hygiene by closing/triaging stale items and improving ticket quality and basic dashboards.
  • •Maintain Confluence pages including playbooks, runbooks, process notes, and onboarding materials.
  • •Support tracking and follow-ups for vulnerability remediation and KCI-related status updates (tracking, ageing, blockers, escalation packs).
  • •Help identify opportunities to streamline reporting and improve “how we work” documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Studying towards a degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Detail-oriented and reliable, comfortable working with checklists and structured tracking.
  • •Familiarity with Jira/Confluence (basic is fine; training will be provided).
  • •Interest in software delivery, Agile, DevOps, or technology risk.
  • •Strong written and spoken English communication.
