Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate revenue by responding to RFPs, sales leads, and proactive initiatives, and identify current/future client needs for new or expanded work.
  • •Establish relationships with Compensation Committees and senior business leaders and participate in industry forums to drive business development.
  • •Lead client teams to deliver high-quality executive compensation advisory solutions, including plan design and implementation.
  • •Provide day-to-day leadership, technical training, and professional mentoring to colleagues, including staffing input and support for recruitment/onboarding.
  • •Contribute to innovative client solution development and promote brand awareness by writing and speaking at industry events.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience with demonstrated career progression.
  • •Expert knowledge of executive compensation strategy, design, and implementation (base pay, short- and long-term incentives, and equity dilution management).
  • •Deep familiarity with corporate governance policies and trends, including SEC disclosure and ISS/Glass Lewis policies.
  • •Proven track record providing trusted, consultative advice to clients and defining/processing solutions to business problems.
  • •A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a related field; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
