Provide commercial legal services for the company, handling matters of moderate-to-high complexity and sensitivity. Lead legal projects, research laws and precedents, consult outside counsel, and draft and execute legal documents and contracts. Analyze legal data to advise on regulatory compliance, government concerns, litigation strategy, and corporate matters such as securities, transactional documents, employment and immigration law, data privacy, and contract management.
