Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive clienteling and omni-channel strategies, ensuring CRM/client book usage and proactive outreach to meet KPIs.
  • •Recruit, onboard, train, and motivate the store team, providing goals, ongoing coaching, and performance management.

Key Requirements
