Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive store sales, KPIs, and profitability through short- and long-term planning.
  • •Support expense control and ensure effective operational execution.
  • •Spend 90% of time on the sales floor engaging customers, selling, and coaching the team.
  • •Support recruitment, training, development, and succession planning for associates and supervisors, including completion of training programs.
  • •Manage loss prevention, operational compliance, inventory/shrinkage and stock counts, merchandise processing, POS transactions, and store visual and safety standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Retail Business Management or related qualification.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ retail experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • •Proven leadership experience at Assistant Manager level (or similar) in a high-volume retail environment (apparel/footwear advantageous).
  • •Strong commercial acumen with proven KPI and payroll management capability.
  • •Strong operational expertise including inventory and stock management, plus the ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
