Job Summary

Own financial planning and forecasting for the embedded finance platform, building and iterating forecasts (revenue, expense, cash flow) and driving automation and process improvements. Lead high-visibility strategic analyses such as pricing, GTM ROI, and new product launches in collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering. Progress from ramping on models and systems (Looker, Salesforce, Stripe) to becoming a go-to partner for investor/board reporting and select corporate development/M&A work.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive financial planning and forecasting in partnership with the Head of Finance, including end-to-end revenue, expense, and cash flow ownership.
•Lead strategic analyses such as pricing, GTM ROI, market sizing, and support for new product launches with minimal oversight.
•Own key forecasting and reporting processes and improve operational workflows through meaningful automation.
•Partner with cross-functional leaders across Sales, Product, and Engineering as a trusted operational/business partner for embedded finance launches.
•Support Corporate Development/M&A efforts (sourcing, diligence, relationship management) and own portions of board and investor reporting materials.

Pay and Benefits

Key Requirements

•5-7 years of experience, including 2-3 years in a high-growth SaaS (or broader tech) startup following a foundation in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
•Strong financial modeling skills and comfort building and iterating on forecasts (revenue, expense, cash flow).
•Analytical skills with experience pulling and manipulating data using Excel/Sheets, SQL, or BI tools like Looker.
•Translate ambiguous, open-ended questions into structured analyses with clear, actionable recommendations.
•Operate cross-functionally with effective communication and stakeholder credibility across Sales, Product, and Engineering.
