Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in line with brand values and service standards.
  • •Ensure the store achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through planning and expense control.
  • •Recruit, train, develop, and support succession of high-performing employees.
  • •Control payroll and create service-driven schedules; complete all training programs on time.
  • •Oversee loss prevention, merchandise processing, inventory/shrink goals and physical counts, execute marketing initiatives, maintain POS access and visual guidelines, and help ensure a safe, compliant environment.
