Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project controls functions for the Stegra STM Project, integrating planning, cost control, progress measurement, forecasting, reporting, risk management, and change management.
  • •Develop and implement cost control strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with industry standards; maintain control budgets and baselines.
  • •Manage schedule integrity and proactively monitor/report productivity, evaluating impacts of changes and driving schedule recovery when required.
  • •Conduct cost performance reviews and variance analyses, implementing efficient cost reporting systems to provide timely decision-making information.
  • •Collaborate with Construction Management, procurement, and contract management; lead and develop a team of cost control professionals and support field progress measurement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •20+ years of experience in cost control or project controls roles within the EPCI industry.
  • •20+ years of EPC experience with strong construction execution knowledge.
  • •Strong knowledge of project cost control methodologies, including earned value management (EVM), cost forecasting, and risk analysis.
  • •Proficiency with cost control tools such as Primavera P6, SAP, and Excel, and experience producing logically linked activity schedules and progress reporting.
