Partner with construction management, area/site leadership, engineering, procurement, and subcontract teams to maintain schedule integrity, manage variances, and drive proactive project execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead project controls functions for the Stegra STM Project, integrating planning, cost control, progress measurement, forecasting, reporting, risk management, and change management.
•Develop and implement cost control strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with industry standards; maintain control budgets and baselines.
•Manage schedule integrity and proactively monitor/report productivity, evaluating impacts of changes and driving schedule recovery when required.
•Conduct cost performance reviews and variance analyses, implementing efficient cost reporting systems to provide timely decision-making information.
•Collaborate with Construction Management, procurement, and contract management; lead and develop a team of cost control professionals and support field progress measurement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
•20+ years of experience in cost control or project controls roles within the EPCI industry.
•20+ years of EPC experience with strong construction execution knowledge.
•Strong knowledge of project cost control methodologies, including earned value management (EVM), cost forecasting, and risk analysis.
•Proficiency with cost control tools such as Primavera P6, SAP, and Excel, and experience producing logically linked activity schedules and progress reporting.
