Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end development of an AI-driven motion capture solution based on MTM principles.
  • •Design and implement computer vision models to track and analyze hand and body movements from production videos.
  • •Develop algorithms to calculate Actual Time and derive Standard Time using motion-based data.
  • •Build and maintain a standardized Pandora Motion Library Code, translating motion patterns into reusable MTM-based codes for analysis, benchmarking, and scalability.
  • •Coordinate with external vendors/partners to co-develop AI solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, and knowledge transfer.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • •2-5 years’ experience in AI/ML, computer vision, data science, or advanced analytics, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • •Proven experience in AI solution development, including motion capture, computer vision, and machine learning model deployment.
  • •Strong expertise in computer vision techniques (e.g., pose estimation, object tracking, video analytics) and frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • •Solid experience in time study methodologies (e.g., MTM, motion analysis, industrial engineering concepts) is highly preferred.
