Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop LDO regulators and analog power management circuits for high-performance SoCs and chiplets.
  • •Perform transistor-level circuit design, analysis, and optimization for stability, PSRR, noise, transient response, and efficiency.
  • •Define circuit architectures and compensation strategies across wide PVT corners.
  • •Run extensive pre- and post-layout simulations, including parasitic-aware signoff.
  • •Support silicon bring-up, debug, and characterization and partner with physical design teams to ensure layout robustness and performance fidelity.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong foundation in analog and mixed-signal circuit design with experience delivering circuits into production silicon (highly desirable).
  • •Proven LDO experience including bandgap references, error amplifiers, pass devices, and protection circuits.
  • •Solid understanding of power integrity, stability analysis, and compensation techniques across PVT corners.
  • •Experience with low-noise, low-power, and high-current regulator design and familiarity with CMOS process technologies and analog layout best practices.
  • •Proficiency with SPICE-based simulation tools and modern EDA flows, with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
