Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI and LLM-based intelligent agents and automated workflows for strategic customers. Design, develop, and personally implement scalable production systems on the Salesforce platform, including data modeling, integration, and secure pipelines. Partner with clients to translate requirements into technical solution designs, remove technical blockers, and debug root causes. Rapidly prototype, iterate, and apply engineering best practices while mentoring junior peers.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver end-to-end complex AI solutions by writing critical code, configuring systems, and troubleshooting while guiding and reviewing junior team members.
•Design and implement scalable production systems, architecting and deploying AI/LLM-based intelligent agents and automated workflows on Salesforce.
•Partner with customers to design and build custom intelligent agents using the Agentforce platform and integrate them with customer ecosystems.
•Own the full data lifecycle, including data model design, building processing pipelines, and establishing secure integration strategies for AI applications.
•Identify and resolve complex technical challenges through deep debugging and root cause analysis, then prototype, iterate, and enforce engineering best practices.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on, end-to-end delivery experience for high-quality, scalable production solutions in a professional environment.
•Expert proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python, Apex).
•Extensive hands-on experience deploying AI/LLM solutions, including LLM integration, AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), and prompt engineering.
•Deep expertise in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics using enterprise data platforms (Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
•Significant direct experience with the Salesforce platform, including advanced configuration, customization, and complex development.
