Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver manufacturing operational targets (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and morale) across the plant.
  • •Create and implement manufacturing improvement plans and new processes, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Warehouse, and CI.
  • •Coach and develop the team and manage performance of Shift Leaders, including crewing, vacation/sickness, and objectives.
  • •Analyze production data to identify losses, lead root-cause problem solving, document and train fixes.
  • •Ensure quality and service standards including GMP/hygiene, QA complaints handling, audits readiness, and adherence to scheduling and KPI monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Production Manager experience with proof of excellent results delivered.
  • •Minimum five years in a TPM/technical manufacturing environment.
  • •Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
  • •Strong people management skills to coach and develop managers, operations staff, and Process Engineers.
  • •Knowledge of QA standards and safety requirements/standards, including CI and TPM.
