Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Meet personal and store sales goals through clienteling, cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations using mobile POS and social selling. Build lasting client relationships, execute daily floor and inventory operations, and support omni-channel needs while collaborating with the team to achieve KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily store operations (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising) while following retail policies and asset protection procedures.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical requirements including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor/stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition skills. (Preferred)
