Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to project financials and time on assigned projects.
  • •Support brand performance new business opportunities; learn pricing and job scoping and how to build statements of work.
  • •Manage day-to-day tactical client communication by addressing questions, managing expectations/deadlines, and providing status updates.

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years of professional experience (or strong internships/MMR programs); market research experience with exposure to quantitative methods is preferred.
  • •Strong process and time management with the ability to prioritize across competing deadlines; project management experience is preferred.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to master other business tools (e.g., SPSS, Survey Reporter, data management/cross-tab tools, and proprietary tools).
  • •Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams across multiple teams.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in market research/marketing or related social science, mathematics, or other analytic disciplines.
