Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop legislation and procedures regulating vehicle licensing and registration, aligning with the agency strategy and customer-service expectations.
  • •Manage follow-up of licensing and registration processes and review transaction data to ensure full compliance with adopted laws and procedures.
