Lead day-to-day retail execution by creating an exceptional client experience, building strong client relationships, and driving sales through outstanding service. Key Responsibilities

•Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture.
•Train and develop associates through roleplay and coaching, support the Store Manager with training, and complete quarterly goal-setting for personal development.
•Support recruiting and networking to help maintain a high-caliber team and an active bench strength of potential candidates.
•Assist with store schedule, timecards, and payroll, while maintaining Tumi University Training and adhering to company policies and procedures.
•Ensure visual guidelines are followed and enforce excellent client service using client books, thank you cards, and event strategies.
