Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).
  • •3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices, and processes.
  • •3+ years of experience using business acumen to support HR strategy.
  • •3+ years of experience influencing and building relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions.
  • •3+ years of experience with project management and creating/analyzing HR metrics using HR systems (e.g., HRMS, PeopleSoft, Taleo) and Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
