Job Summary

Lead client research projects end-to-end, ensuring deliverables are completed and presented while strengthening client relationships to drive business development. Partner with the senior leadership team to own project Profit & Loss outcomes and support talent retention and development. Stay ahead of industry, client, and competitive trends and share insights internally. Bring deep market research and consulting expertise, including questionnaire design, table specifications, project management, and statistical analysis, and help sell research capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Own client projects to ensure all activities are completed and presented, maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
•Serve as an ambassador for the Ipsos brand, demonstrating leadership behaviors, research expertise, and a developing point of view.
•With senior leadership, deliver team financial and people performance, including Profit & Loss responsibility and talent retention/development.
•Develop and strengthen new and existing client relationships for clients you are responsible for or actively involved in.
•Stay current on industry, client, and competitive trends and share insights with Ipsos leadership.

Key Requirements

•At least 10 years of market research and consulting experience with strong application of knowledge.
•Experience in Pharma/medical device and technologies (preferred).
•Solid experience in questionnaire design, table specifications, and project management.
•Understanding and ability to use statistical analysis.
•Ability to sell research projects and capabilities.
