SRAM Design Engineer

Design and develop SRAM memory designs at Samsung's SSIR Goldstone Bangalore center. Collaborate with analog and digital teams to implement high-performance SRAM design blocks, perform characterization, timing and power analyses, and contribute to tape-out-ready solutions. Work within a multidisciplinary hardware team in Bangalore to drive innovation in memory technology used in Samsung products.
