Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the human resources leader for the plant, overseeing HR functions for hourly and salaried/office employees.
  • •Act as a safety leader and partner with plant leadership to drive culture, talent and engagement, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • •Handle employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and manage corrective action, discipline, and terminations; act as liaison between employees, management, and unions (if applicable).
  • •Support talent and performance management, including coaching, PIPs, IDPs, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • •Manage HR operations and projects, ensuring accurate Workday data entry and collaborating with HR COEs and Shared Services to deliver on the HR roadmap.

Key Requirements
