Job Summary

Lead HR for a single manufacturing site (under 200 employees), overseeing HR functions for both hourly and salaried/office teams. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the human resources leader for the plant, overseeing HR functions for hourly and salaried/office employees.
•Act as a safety leader and partner with plant leadership to drive culture, talent and engagement, and operational excellence initiatives.
•Handle employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and manage corrective action, discipline, and terminations; act as liaison between employees, management, and unions (if applicable).
•Support talent and performance management, including coaching, PIPs, IDPs, workforce planning, and succession planning.
•Manage HR operations and projects, ensuring accurate Workday data entry and collaborating with HR COEs and Shared Services to deliver on the HR roadmap.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 98,000 - 147,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
•5+ years of progressive HR experience.
