•Lead the project controls function across large/complex projects, driving commercial strategy, schedule performance, cost management and change control.
•Oversee the production and maintenance of accurate project schedules with expert scheduling, resource loading and leveling.
•Assist the Project Manager in budgeting and managing incentive programs; support staffing decisions for projects.
•Establish and maintain client relationships and participate in client/subcontractor negotiations.
•Ensure tracking databases are developed and maintained to cross-check subcontractor funding with work authorization and expenditures; monitor change orders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,305 - 209,600 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS + 8 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
•Proven ability to lead the project controls function on a large, complex project and participate in negotiations.
•Strong knowledge of scope control and change management.
•Expert understanding of schedule development, resource loading and leveling, and critical path analysis.
•Ability to establish and maintain client relationships and participate in staffing decisions.
