Senior Housekeeping Supervisor (QA)

Oversee and manage the housekeeping team to deliver consistently high cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation standards. Lead by example, train and develop staff, and conduct regular inspections to ensure guest rooms and common areas meet quality expectations. Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, scheduling, quality control, budgeting, and accurate activity records. Coordinate with other departments and handle guest complaints, while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and hotel standards.
