Key Requirements

  • •Strong hands-on experience developing and supporting solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • •Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow tools such as Flow Designer, Integration Hub, ServiceNow Studio, or App Engine Studio.
  • •Experience with ITSM and at least one additional ServiceNow product (e.g., CSM, HRSD, SPM, or App Engine).
  • •Experience with Now Assist, Virtual Agent, or other ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities.
  • •Proven integration experience using REST, SOAP, webhooks, or equivalent technologies, plus knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and security best practices.
