Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and lead end-to-end organizational redesigns, aligned with business strategy, global standards, and evolving capabilities.
  • •Promote agile, flat, and collaborative structures, optimizing spans of control, hierarchical levels, and organizational health.
  • •Apply global Job Architecture and lead job evaluation (grading) processes, ensuring consistency and internal equity.
  • •Translate Strategic Workforce Planning and IA/automation impacts into sustainable structural decisions.
  • •Act as a strategic advisor to the business, collaborating with Finance and key areas, and defining metrics to measure impact and continuous improvement.
