Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary HR contact for assigned employee populations and deliver support across HR processes and initiatives.
  • •Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, and employee changes.
  • •Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers on policies, employee relations, attendance management, and employment practices.
  • •Support HR operations by collecting and validating employee data for monthly payroll and maintaining accuracy in HR systems.
  • •Contribute to annual HR programs (salary reviews, performance management, engagement and recognition) and support integration and acquisition-related initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 35,000 - 45,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of HR experience within an international organization.
  • •Experience supporting multiple HR disciplines across the employee lifecycle (recruitment through offboarding).
  • •Knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • •Experience with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors (or similar systems).
  • •Fluent English (B2–C1) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
