Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and repair kitchen and laundry equipment to ensure optimal functionality and longevity.
  • •Conduct preventive maintenance and shift readings programs to guarantee peak performance.
  • •Inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment with strong problem-solving to minimize downtime.
  • •Evaluate equipment usage and energy efficiency, and optimize performance while minimizing energy consumption.
  • •Maintain shop drawings, equipment catalog/tagging systems, paperwork/work orders, daily logs, and Health & Safety and sustainability documentation.

  • •Strong ability to work autonomously, taking initiative to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • •Exceptional physical stamina and endurance for heavy lifting and extended standing and walking.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.
