Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle customer tickets end to end as the primary focus of the role, across model quirks, API integrations, compliance, billing, and access control.
  • •Investigate and troubleshoot reported issues by reproducing bugs, testing potential fixes, and providing clear, accurate, empathetic responses.
  • •Flag recurring user friction by documenting edge cases with reproduction steps and surfacing bugs to engineering.
  • •Improve support operations by suggesting workflow tweaks and testing internal AI tooling to speed up routine resolutions.
  • •Contribute to internal documentation and continuously refine AI-driven support tooling over time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 20,800 - 31,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Genuine excitement for front-line customer support, with patience and clarity when writing and resolving tickets.
  • •Commit to 20 hours per week across 5 days (Monday–Friday, ~4 hours/day), working 100% on-site in Berlin.
  • •Take a systems-thinking, analytical approach to breaking down technical or operational issues and understanding what’s happening under the hood.
  • •Demonstrate high agency and end-to-end ownership for tickets, diagnosing root causes so issues don’t repeat.
  • •Currently enrolled as a university student (ideally 12+ months), preferably in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, and able to communicate clearly in German and English.
