Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.
  • •Manage and execute multiple field disciplines or subsets of assigned construction projects in accordance with contract requirements and Wood policies.
  • •Coordinate installation, commissioning and completion activities of materials and equipment.
  • •Monitor work progress, schedule and cost, and ensure delivery in line with the plan.
  • •Ensure safety, quality and environmental responsibilities are defined and communicated to workers.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree with a minimum of 15 years Oil and Gas industry experience, including at least 5 years on major capital projects, (> 500 M USD) with Construction Management and Site Management focus
  • •Experience within an Oil and Gas operating company is also highly desired and may be considered in lieu of capital project experience
  • •Must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the English language
  • •Must be willing to travel extensively for multi-week periods and have the flexibility to adjust work location to support project needs
  • •Must be qualified to obtain a CICPA and a UAE work visa
