Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and support the implementation project team, ensuring collaboration between Amadeus teams, external partners, and customers.
  • •Track project activities, including defining deliverables, planning timelines, and supporting resource coordination.
  • •Monitor quality and risks, supporting identification of mitigation actions when needed.
  • •Prepare and share updates on progress, risks, and costs with stakeholders, including the Program Manager.
  • •Participate in customer meetings and governance forums to support alignment and transparency.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in project coordination, implementation, or similar roles, ideally in a technical or customer-facing environment.
  • •Ability to organize tasks, track progress, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify practical solutions and risks.
  • •Ability to work independently with guidance when needed, and collaborate across teams.
  • •Exposure to project planning tools, reporting, or technical systems (experience with reservation, inventory, or departure control systems is helpful but not required).
