Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform end-to-end testing, downloading programming, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and diagnose and repair HVAC systems and equipment at customer locations to ensure satisfaction.
  • •Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customers to understand on-site installation/repair requirements, forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize work.
  • •Use software and hand tools, following blueprints/engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Enforce safety standards, maintain security/accountability of company assets, mentor team members, and support occasional overtime and overnight stays as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically 10+ years servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting commercial HVAC equipment, including in-depth proficiency with chiller systems.
  • •Technical School or formal training preferred.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with hand-held computers (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent violations; EPA Certification preferred (e.g., HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer).
