Key Responsibilities

•Perform end-to-end testing, downloading programming, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
•Serve as direct customer contact and diagnose and repair HVAC systems and equipment at customer locations to ensure satisfaction.
•Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customers to understand on-site installation/repair requirements, forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize work.
•Use software and hand tools, following blueprints/engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
•Enforce safety standards, maintain security/accountability of company assets, mentor team members, and support occasional overtime and overnight stays as needed.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent, or a certificate of completion from an accredited technical school.
•Typically 10+ years servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting commercial HVAC equipment, including in-depth proficiency with chiller systems.
•Technical School or formal training preferred.
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with hand-held computers (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent violations; EPA Certification preferred (e.g., HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer).
