Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-own discovery calls with the AE to surface integration requirements early and lead technically complex demos involving third-party integrations.
  • •Scope CRM, lead source, API capabilities/constraints, and integration complexity; write the complexity tier and Technical Scope document at close.
  • •Hand off the Technical Scope to onboarding with a live walkthrough and serve as the primary technical owner through go-live (about 4–8 weeks).
  • •Run post-launch technical health checks, working with the post-sales team to maintain QA for data sync accuracy, error monitoring, and scope drift.
  • •Stay current on product updates and integration capability changes; build and own the integration discovery question set for the sales team.

Key Requirements

  • •Comfort evaluating APIs, reviewing technical documentation, and determining integration feasibility and effort.
  • •Question assumptions and communicate tradeoffs clearly to Sales, customers, Product, and Engineering.
  • •Know enough SQL to pull your own data on deal complexity, onboarding performance, and integration health.
  • •Work with Operations to monitor integration error rates, onboarding cycle time, and scope accuracy, escalating when you can’t measure a metric.
  • •Feed learnings back to Product and Engineering from the customer’s real environment.
