Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement multi-step agent workflows, including planner/executor patterns and multi-agent coordination.
  • •Build secure tool-calling integration layers for diagnosing incidents and executing controlled remediation actions.
  • •Implement RAG pipelines that ground agent decisions with topology, runbooks, incident history, and change context.
  • •Define prompt templates, structured output contracts, and evaluation harnesses to support regression-safe releases.
  • •Integrate agent workflows with observability platforms, ITSM tools, and CI/CD pipelines for end-to-end AIOps execution.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years overall experience with strong software engineering depth and at least 2+ years building production LLM or agent systems.
  • •Hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or equivalent implementations.
  • •Strong Python engineering skills and practical experience with API-first system integration patterns.
  • •Solid RAG architecture experience, including embeddings, vector stores, retrieval patterns, and contextual grounding.
  • •Experience implementing output validation, hallucination controls, confidence scoring, safe fallback mechanisms, and quality evaluation frameworks.
