Commercial Loan Officer II

Extend credit within established loan policies by interviewing commercial applicants, analyzing credit and financial history, and assessing collateral adequacy. Make, authorize, or recommend approval/denial decisions, prepare loan offering memoranda, and ensure documentation is complete and compliant. Monitor loan portfolio performance, recommend risk rating changes, manage workout and reserve processes for problem loans, and oversee collections in coordination with internal teams or bank counsel.
