Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and iterate the Armenia Care operating model in collaboration with internal teams and external BPO partners, including workflows, escalation paths, and handoff protocols.
  • •Set up and manage BPO operations by supporting SLA adherence, productivity, and member satisfaction, and ensuring alignment on culture, onboarding, training, and calibration.
  • •Structure and ensure adoption of the Armenia tooling stack (ticketing tool, phone, automation) and coordinate Armenia-specific prioritization with Product teams.
  • •Roll out Alan’s quality framework with internal Care Experts and BPO partners, including quality audit cycles, scoring conversations, and tracking improvement over time.
  • •Drive the feedback loop between ground reality and operational or product adjustments as activity ramps up.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong program management skills to manage a complex launch plan across multiple workstreams and drive early blocker resolution.
  • •Experience building from scratch in ambiguity, writing the playbook in real time with no existing framework.
  • •Experience with BPO or vendor management, including setting expectations, governance, and managing onsite relationships.
  • •Ability to train and align external partners on new standards and drive onboarding, training ramp-up, and ongoing calibration.
  • •Speak Armenian natively or have deep familiarity with the Armenian professional context; fluent English required for internal collaboration.
