Lead the development and scaling of cutting-edge footwear manufacturing automation by programming industrial manipulators and PLCs. Own robotics routine integration, controller updates, and hardware integration into the manufacturing ecosystem, while bridging PLC systems with Python. Drive digital-twin environments, manage calibration, and run reachability studies to optimize mechanical design. Provide technical mentorship to designers and operators and support first-of-a-kind scalable workflows.

•Act as subject matter expert for industrial manipulators: introduce new routines, update controllers, and integrate new hardware.

•Manage digital twin environments and ensure precise calibration between software and physical hardware.
•Conduct reachability studies on parametrized models to guide hardware design and mechanical optimization.
•Provide technical leadership by mentoring designers and operators to navigate complex automated systems.

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.

•Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge software development and mechanical engineering teams.
